CNC Turning

The CHNC II is a chuck and bar feed machine for greater flexibility, with a maximum spindle run out of 0.0006mm T.I.R. and a turret indexing repeatability of 0.0006mm.

We are able to use the thru hole power chuck or thru the collect to a maximum of 40mm diameter, to accommodate a large variety of jobs.

We can cater for one off items, prototypes and production called off to your requirements.

 

Our machine has the benefit of additional turret top plates, which allows us to keep certain tooling preset for fast set up on repeating jobs. It can also be used where samples are made and sent in for approval, we can carry on machining other components while the parts are with our customer.

This machine is suitable for small to medium size work, with tight tolerances and low micro finishes
