High speed and high precision machining in most materials
is possible with the Fanuc control high speed processing,
NURBS interpolation provides a smooth surface finish on
parts to save on any additional fi nishing. Precise high
speed contouring allows deburring and chamfering on machined parts.

Our machine has the benefit of additional turret top plates, which allows us to keep certain tooling preset for fast set up on repeating jobs. It can also be used where samples are made and sent in for approval, we can carry on machining other components while the parts are with our customer.

This machine is suitable for small to medium size work, with tight tolerances and low micro finishes
